Retirement Savings Plan (401k) Company matches 100% of first 6%, up to the IRS limits. Immediately 100% vested in contributions and match. Employees may contribute up to 50% of eligible pay on a before tax basis and up to 5% on an after-tax basis.
Company Provided Life Insurance Dole provides basic life insurance of $50,000 at no cost to you.
Optional Life Insurance Additional amounts of life insurance are available to you, up to a maximum of $1.25 million (combined basic and optional coverage). You pay the cost, however, it is available at lower group rates. You can also elect life insurance for your spouse/domestic partner and/or children.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance You may purchase AD&D coverage for yourself and/or eligible dependents. You may choose coverage up to $1.25 million. You pay the cost, however, it is available at lower group rates.
Company Provided Short Term Disability Benefits are available to you after 3 months of continuous employment. Your benefit amount is determined based on years of service.
